Having spent 5 years running a high-growth startup to over 2000 monthly active users, Natasha is a strong advocate of the Toronto tech ecosystem. Now as the Growth Lead for Upside Foundation, Natasha runs all things marketing and programming whilst supporting early-stage high growth founders build giving back into their company DNA.

Previously she spent several years in the enterprise SAAS space advising Canada’s top CHROs on their people management strategies. She lives in Toronto with her husband and one-year-old pup
