Lucie Jeffers

Lucie Jeffers is the Chief Strategy Officer at Canada Learning Code. In her role, Lucie is responsible for thinking about the future and how to chart through the organization’s big vision for Canada. Leading strategy formulation and management, along with programs and evaluation teams, she defines and steers the strategic planning process, and works closely with other CLC leaders to drive alignment and focus on high impact priorities. Lucie holds a BA from York University and dual Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Queen's University and Cornell University.

An advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Lucie is passionate about challenging the status quo and removing barriers for women and people of colour through mentorship, sponsorship and other volunteer initiatives in her communities. Prior to her role as Chief Strategy Officer, Lucie held a variety of People & Culture roles within Start Up, Tech and Non Profit ranging from Head of Talent up to Chief People Officer.
