Danielle is a people-oriented person, and a lot of her career decisions come back to the type of team she wants to work alongside. Like many others, she didn't grow up knowing what career path she wanted to go into, which led her to different roles throughout university and beyond in different industries, team sizes, and more! Now, you'll find Danielle working on a small but mighty Talent Team of two at Relay, a Toronto Fin-Tech startup. She started her career at Relay on the Customer Experience team back in 2020 and has been working in recruiting and HR for Relay for just over a year now.
