Ryan Santos
Ryan Santos is an HR Professional who’s been working in HR since 2006 in various industries such as Services, Construction, and Manufacturing. He currently works for Geosource Energy Inc. as the Director of Human Resources and is a part-time HR Professor at Sheridan College.
He’s passionate about building HR Programs that align with an organization’s Mission and Vision, as well as supporting the business strategy. Ryan especially enjoys focusing on the people side of the business.
Ryan has a Hons. BSc. with a focus on Science from the University of Toronto, an MBA from McMaster University, and a Certified Human Resources Leader through the HRPA.
